Use a flat tool to push the pistons back, then insert the new pads, securing them with the spring and pin.

After installation, check for any friction between the pads and the rotor. If necessary, you may need to file the pads slightly to eliminate any rubbing. Over the next few rides, the pads will wear down, and the rotor clearance will adjust automatically.
